bunk-alliance administrative services provides secure electronic and physical document storage. Our on-site servers are backed up daily, and the back-ups stored in a bank's safe. The same is true for important original copies of documents, such as credit notes, securities, signed contracts or agreements, etc. Should these originals be required, the documents in question are notarised and couriered immediately to wherever they are required. For security reasons, there are virtually no occasions when we would release the originals without explicit signed approval from the client, and a corresponding signed confirmation upon their arrival.
Physical documents are stored on-site for ready access and rapid filing. The can also be made available to the client quickly and efficiently if required.
